Shipping and Return Policy

All products are shipped direct from our suppliers. All items posted on our site have been designated “stock items” and generally ship within 5-7 working days of receipt of order. Upon shipment customers will receive an e-mail notification of shipment along with a tracking number to determine delivery dates. Return policies may vary. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please follow the return policy instructions included with your purchase. Refunds given by the supplier will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
